Solid stay near Earl's Court
lovely staff clean room helpful staff divine smell
I found the staff lovely and really helpful. The reception area is beautiful and it smelled divine. My room was very clean and well kept. It was a good experience. Slav and Bianca helped me drop off my bags early and even had them delivered to my room when i arrived later.

The building is close to public transport options. It's a short walk to Earls Court tube station. Accessing major sights is easy due to its convenient spot. This accessibility made my sightseeing really efficient.

good selection hot items direct line small room missing shelves faulty rail
The breakfast offered a good selection. Hot food items were available. Cereal, juice, and croissants was also available. The location is near the Earls Court tube station. It is on a direct line from the airport.
The room i stayed in felt small. I noticed the absence of shelves in the room. The air system kept switching itself on. The heated towel rail didnt operate correctly. It was fixed .

perfect location comfy bed great breakfast
The location is perfect. It is seriously close to everything! the bed was super comfy, and i slept like a log every night. the breakfast selection had loads of choices!
The lift was a little slow, but i'm patient. It really didn't bother me much.

the hotel is a short walk from the tube station, seriously convenient for getting around the city. i walked to several nearby shops. the immediate area felt safe and well kept.

The check-in staff were so helpful and efficient. I was checked in within minutes. the staff were always available at the front desk. i always saw someone cleaning and maintaining the lobby area.

My room had a king-size bed. It provided ample space for one person. the bathroom was super clean and modern. i loved the complimentary toiletries. They smelled so fresh.

convenient location breakfast quality bright light paint smell
i found the location quite convenient. the breakfast had good quality items, though the selection was fairly basic (especially the pastries).
my twin room lacked bedside lamps. there was just one very bright overhead light, a bit harsh at night. i also noticed a strong paint smell in the room, quite noticeable in such a small space.

uncleaned room replaced towels
the location are good. the bed was comfortable too.
my room wasn't cleaned or the towels replaced after a day out. i was asked if i requested it to be cleaned. this is not what i expect.
